He argued that combining iO with blockchain infrastructure could enable private, collusion-resistant voting with almost no trust placed in committees responsible for handling ballots or revealing results.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to Buterin, an obfuscated program could process encrypted votes and publish only the final tally without exposing individual ballots or revealing its internal logic.
