Coins created before activation would be exempt from the new rules.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Activation uses a modified deployment with a 55 per cent block-signalling threshold, well below the 95 per cent standard used for previous soft forks, inside a window that runs to September 1, 2026.
