Those unanswered questions matter because Myers held a documented operational role in the company\u2019s Bitcoin strategy.<\/p>\n<p>In January, Smarter Web identified Myers as part of the senior executive team responsible for day-to-day management of the group. His remit included implementing the treasury strategy, improving Bitcoin per share, managing its data and analytics repository, and producing investor materials and relations work.<\/p>\n<p>The board, however, retains overall authority for management, strategy and risk.
