    Donald Trump is set to appear at a 22 November dinner for the 185 top-ranked holders of the TRUMP memecoin, his third such event with the token\u2019s top investors.<\/p>\n

    The token\u2019s official site bills the US president as the featured speaker at the gala, held at his Trump National golf club near Washington.<\/p>\n

    Holders qualify through a leaderboard that went live on 30 September. It ranks time-weighted holdings, so the more tokens a holder keeps and the longer they keep them, the higher the score. A holder who sells out entirely drops off the leaderboard, which locks at a final snapshot on 12 November.<\/p>\n

    VIP Reception for Top 29<\/h2>\n

    The top 29 holders also get a VIP reception with Trump and front seating at the dinner. The top four receive an 18-carat gold Trump watch. The site rules out any private meeting with Trump and says no gifts will be accepted.<\/p>\n

    Residents and citizens of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Russia, Syria and Yemen cannot attend, whatever their rank, under the event terms.<\/p>\n

    The first such event was a dinner at the same club on 22 May 2025 for the top 220 holders. At least 56% of those holders bought through foreign exchanges that bar US users, a Bloomberg analysis found at the time.<\/p>\n

    The second was a luncheon at Mar-a-Lago on 25 April 2026 for 297 holders. Senators Elizabeth Warren, Richard Blumenthal and Adam Schiff questioned organiser Bill Zanker before that luncheon over whether it sold access to the president.<\/p>\n

    Holders Sit on Losses<\/h2>\n

    Public Citizen, a US consumer advocacy group, estimated on 27 August that investor losses on Trump\u2019s crypto products were at least US$4.7 billion (AU$6.8 billion). Most of those losses are unrealised.<\/p>\n

    TRUMP accounts for the largest share. Analytics firm Nansen, working for the group, found that about 1 million of the 1.6 million wallets that bought TRUMP on Solana decentralised exchanges were underwater. Together they were down US$3.2 billion (AU$4.6 billion).<\/p>\n

    Trump earned US$635 million (AU$914 million) in licensing fees from the memecoin in 2025, Public Citizen said, citing his June financial disclosure.<\/p>\n

    TRUMP traded at US$2.06 (AU$2.97) on Friday, according to CoinGecko. That price is about 97% below the token\u2019s January 2025 peak.<\/p>\n

    The White House referred questions about the dinner to its hosts, CIC Digital and Fight Fight Fight LLC, which did not immediately respond, according to CNN. The token\u2019s site says CIC Digital, a Trump Organization affiliate, and Fight Fight Fight together own 80% of the TRUMP supply.<\/p>\n
