The target projects sit\u00a0within a US critical minerals\u00a0policy lane focused on<\/span>\u00a0supply-chain resilience and reduced reliance on Chinese-controlled resources.<\/p>\n Public transaction materials state that the Export-Import Bank of the United States issued a letter of interest for up to $900 million, while the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation issued letters of interest exploring up to $700 million in debt financing and project development funding.<\/p>\n The governance issue is specific.
