Gold.com has renewed its sponsorship of the Professional Numismatists Guild (PNG) for another two years, providing a six-figure contribution to support the nonprofit numismatic organization.
The company is the parent of A-Mark Precious Metals, JM Bullion and Stack’s Bowers Galleries, which became official PNG sponsors in 2024.
“We are grateful to Gold.com Chief Executive Officer Greg Roberts for the generous, six-figure donation on behalf of those companies. It will significantly help the PNG fulfill its mission of knowledge, integrity, and responsibility in the numismatic marketplace,” said PNG Executive Director John Feigenbaum.
Funding from the renewed sponsorship will support educational programs, consumer-protection activities and efforts to recruit members who agree to follow the PNG Code of Ethics.
“PNG has been expanding its educational program for dealers and collectors, as well as continuing our consumer protection activities and recruiting new members who will adhere to the PNG Code of Ethics,” Feigenbaum explained. “The projects are for the benefit of the hobby, collectors, and professional numismatists.”
Gold.com CEO Greg Roberts has been a PNG member since 1988.
“On behalf of the Gold.com family of companies and employees, we believe it is important to support PNG’s strong work to uphold the highest standards in the marketplace,” Roberts said.
Founded in 1955, the Professional Numismatists Guild is a nonprofit organization representing rare coin and paper money dealers in the United States and four other countries. Members are required to adhere to the organization’s Code of Ethics in their business activities.
Gold.com is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol GOLD.
